Term and Conditions
- To avail of this service, customers must provide Address Proof/ Photo ID proof And 3 Passport Size photo.
- The service is Pre-Paid, you will have to pay Half Yearly in advance to use the service.
- A month is defined as 30 days.
- Day Means Calendar Day.
- Free Customer Support.
- Installation Charge of Rs. 1000/- (Non- Refundable).
- No Refund.
- If the customer is unable to renew his / her subscription more than 60 days, Customer should pay reinstallation charges i.e., Rs 300/-, and after the 90 days connection will be removed without prior notice and ONU or Media Converter equipment will be taken back.
- If the complaint is registered, a complaint will be resolved within 24 hrs.
- The complaint will be solved directly to desktop and laptop only, we are not responsible for Router dismissal
- Complaint timings 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, the complaint will be registered within 5:00 pm. complaint not taken after 5:00 pm.
