For a new connection, two of the following documents are required as Proof of Identity and Proof of Address:

Income Tax PAN Card	Driving Licence
Photo Credit Card	Identity Card issued by Central / State Government
Voter ID Card	Identity Card issued by Public Sector Undertakings
Passport	Aadhar Card
Arms Licence	Government College / University Identity Card

In the case of the Proof-of- identity documents have no address / a different address other than your current one, please submit one of the following documents as address proof.

• Telephone Bill ( issued in the last three months )
• Bank Statement / Credit Card Statement ( issued in the last three months )
• RC copy of vehicle
• Income Tax Order ( not older than 1 year )
• Registered Rent Agreement
• Company Registration Copy
