Cancellation / Refund Policy

1 - Tariffs/Charges for the plans chosen are to be paid in advance and such charges are not refundable as this is a prepaid service.

2 - All sales of Recharge/ Subscription are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that you are responsible for your Recharge/ Subscription you purchase recharge for all charges that result from those purchases. Osbnet Broadband Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any purchase of recharge / Subscription for an incorrect account number or Customer Username.

3 - However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the site or Apps, and money has been charged to your bank account but a recharge has not been made within 24 hours of your transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email: support@osbnet.in or contact us on call 9148001111/9972082000. In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you include in the email the following details. The mobile number, account number, or customer username, Recharge value, transaction number, screenshots, and transaction date. Osbnet Broadband Pvt Ltd shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your bank account without the success of the recharge then you will be refunded the money online within 4-7 working days from the date of the receipt of your email.

4 - If the customer wants to cancel the service before installation, he shall get a 100% refund.

5 - Osbnet Broadband Pvt Ltd does not entertain a refund of any amount that may have been paid by the subscriber on an annual/ Half yearly/ Quarterly/ Monthly of any plan.

6 - Cancel and return are not possible.
